THE PROJECT
Mark Allen, a Mountain Guide, and Graham Zimmerman of YOSAR are embarking on a four-week expedition in the Central Alaska Range. The Ruth and Tokasitna Glaciers have been in the center of alpinist activity in North America. Within this venue they are pursuing mixed alpine objectives while establishing new routes on major peaks. They've dedicated four weeks during prime alpine season to accomplish two target objectives: Routes in the Lower Ruth Gorge and the Southeast Face of Mt Huntington.
