Kicking off the Montana ice climbing season, The Bozeman Ice Festival is BIGGER and BETTER than EVER for its fourth year. The festival’s mission is to promote the sport of ice climbing to people of all ages and abilities, to educate ice climbers about skills and safe techniques, and introduce climbers to cutting edge clothing and equipment. Daily product demos, nightly slide shows, and the Montana Alpine Guides’ Women’s Ice Climbing Clinic are just a few of the highlights. Proceeds from the ice festival benefit Hyalite Ice Climbing Access.
